Fortune telling - let them do it

If posed with a dilemma, the customer will always tell you. Always be careful not to stereotype and ask politely. For example:

I did a phone reading on a colleague of some years back. My astrological 12 card spread had all the queens in it (4 out of of 12 cards!) and no other court cards.
I try and keep the astrological signs out of the Court cards, keeping them as male and female. This works for me. Astrology being another subject/system.

I asked him...why all the queens? He then told me he was one.

It put the reading in much better perspective.
