Ever wondered why old books have a particular odour?
I found out recently that people’s oils (fats/sebum) from
their bodies are absorbed into the paper pages.
Overtime this accumulates and produces that “old book”
odour.
Just imagine when someone reads the book you once
lovingly thumbed through, they will be receiving a hidden communication from
you – and all the previous readers.
This is something that cannot (as yet) be done by
technology….
Stay on the scent trail!
